EXCHANGE, RETURN & CANCELLATIONS

Eligibility Window

Customers must reach out to our support team within 48 hours of receiving their order to request an exchange or report an issue.
Requests made after this time frame may not be approved.

To qualify, the product must be:
    •    Unused
    •    Unopened and undamaged
    •    In its original box/packaging with all labels intact

How to Request an Exchange

To start an exchange or register a complaint, please contact us through:

If the product is damaged, leaked, or faulty, please attach clear images or videos.

You will receive a response within 24 hours, and once the issue is logged, it will be processed and resolved within up to 3 working days—usually sooner.

Note: We do not offer cash refunds.
All approved returns or issues are compensated through store credit / digital voucher only.

Shipping for Exchanges
    •    Customers are responsible for the shipping charges when sending back the product for exchange.
    •    If the issue was caused by our mistake
(wrong item, damaged item, missing item),
we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement.

Availability of Exchange Items

Exchanges depend on stock availability.

If the chosen item is not available, you may:
    1.    Pick another product of equal value, or
    2.    Receive a Voyaré store voucher equal to the product’s value, usable on any future purchase.

No Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns simply because a customer changed their mind or didn’t like the scent after purchasing.
Please choose your fragrance carefully before ordering.

Damaged / Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or the quality appears compromised:
    •    Contact us immediately (within 48 hours).
    •    Provide photos/videos for verification.

After review, we will issue a store voucher equal to the product’s value, which can be used on any future order.

Required Proof:

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt) is required for all exchange cases.

Orders Before Sale Campaigns:

Any order placed before a sale begins is not eligible for the discounted price once the sale starts.
This is to ensure fairness for all customers.

Cancellation Policy

Voyaré reserves the right to cancel any order if necessary.
Common reasons include:
    •    The item is out of stock
    •    The item does not pass our quality check
    •    Payment is declined or flagged by the bank
    •    Incomplete or incorrect customer details
